For routine care, gently dust your dreamcatcher using:

• A soft cosmetic brush for delicate areas.

When cleaning feathers, always work gently in the direction of the feather fibres to help maintain their natural shape and appearance.

If a feather becomes slightly displaced during handling, it can often be carefully smoothed back into place using clean, dry fingers.

Feathers are natural materials and may gradually fade if exposed to prolonged direct sunlight.

To preserve their colour and appearance, we recommend displaying dreamcatchers away from intense or prolonged sun exposure whenever possible.

Suncatchers

To help preserve your suncatcher:

• Hang securely from a stable fixture.

While sunlight creates beautiful effects, prolonged direct exposure may cause certain gemstones and crystals to fade over time.

Light-sensitive materials may include:

• Amethyst

If displaying near windows, occasional rotation may help reduce uneven fading.

Candles & Candle Holders

Candles create warmth, atmosphere and a sense of ritual within a space.

To enjoy your candles safely and help maximise their performance, we recommend:

• Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.

• Keep candles away from curtains, fabrics, dried flowers and other flammable materials.

• Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.

• Avoid burning candles in draughty areas.

• Allow candle holders to cool completely before handling.

For best results:

• Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each burn.

• Allow the melt pool to reach the edges of the container during the first burn to help prevent tunnelling.

• Discontinue use when approximately 10mm of wax remains at the base of the container.

Crystal candle holders and decorative candle holders should be inspected regularly to ensure they remain stable and free from cracks or damage.

After use, allow any remaining wax to cool completely before gently removing residue using a soft cloth.

Avoid:

• Harsh chemicals.

• Abrasive cleaning products.

• Sudden temperature changes.

• Placing hot candle holders onto cold surfaces.
