Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand.

As Enchantress Collective grows, we look forward to expanding our shipping destinations in the future.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

During peak periods, new collection launches, promotional events or holiday seasons, processing times may occasionally be extended. If significant delays occur, we will communicate these as soon as possible.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and Australia Post service availability.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided by Australia Post and commence once your order has been dispatched.

While we always aim to send orders promptly, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

At this time, Enchantress Collective does not offer free shipping.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Local Collection

Local collection is available by appointment only.

Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a suitable collection time and provide collection details.

Please wait until you receive confirmation before attending for collection.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your parcel through the Australia Post tracking system.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Enchantress Collective cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

While we take great care in preparing and dispatching every order, delivery services are managed by third-party carriers.

If your parcel appears delayed or cannot be located, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in working with Australia Post to investigate and resolve the issue.
